Trout Grilled
with Garlic Dill

Fresh dill weed and fresh trout
are a match made in heaven.

Ingredients:
4 whole fresh trout, cleaned
1/3 cup olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

Directions:
Brush insides of trout with some of the oil.
Season cavities with salt and pepper.
Combine garlic with dill.
Stuff each trout with one quarter of the mixture.
Brush outside with oil and place on an oiled grill,
or bake in 350 oven.
Cook 10-12 minutes, turning once.
