A great winter slaw with fresh celery
fennel and apples in a creamy dressing.
This slaw recipe is easy to put together.
Ingredients:
3 large celery ribs cut into matchsticks
1 small fennel cut into thin slices
1 large Granny Smith apple, seeded and sliced
7 medium radishes, cut into thin matchsticks
1 container (8 oz.) plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup (2-1/4 oz.) crumbled blue cheese
1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon white granulated sugar
Directions:
Whisk yogurt, cheese, vinegar,
Tabasco, and the sugar
together in a large bowl;
salt and pepper to taste.
Add vegetables and apple,
tossing to combine; chill,
covered, 15 minutes.
