Cheeseburger Meatloaf

This is a recipe for making a meatloaf
where the pickle relish makes that dish.
It's a good twist on a classic recipe.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
1 white onion chopped
2/3 cup ketchup
2/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup pickle relish
8 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices cubed American cheese

Directions:
In large bowl combine all
ingredients and mix together well.
Spray 8X10 glass dish with cooking spray.
Put meat mixture in dish and shape
to pan with high rounded dome.
Bake at 375 degrees F. for 40 minutes
or until thermometer reads 160 degrees F.
