This is a recipe where you broil the ribs
then place them in a slow cooker to finish.
These are just about as easy as easy gets
and the ribs are amazingly good and tasty.
Ingredients:
pork spareribs, cut in serving-size pieces
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1 medium onion, peeled and sliced
2 cups of homemade or bought barbecue sauce
Directions:
Sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper,
place on a foil lined broiler rack.
Broil ribs for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove from broiler and place ribs
in slow cooker along with
sliced onion and barbecue sauce.
Cover, cook on low for about 7 hours.
