Cumin and Lemon Salt

This is a good flavored salt
that goes great with lamb.

Ingedients:
1 cup good cumin seeds
1 cup good coriander seeds
1 table spoon of good black pepper
grated zest of 6 lemons
2 table spoons of salt

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and crush in batches.
