Hot Green Beans

Here is a differant taste on fresh beans,
a spicy hot pepper sauce kicks things up.

Ingredients:
1 lb. green beans trimmed
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Steam green beans in microwave by placing
in a glass bowl with a little water, cover
with plastic wrap and cook on high for a few minutes.
In small skillet, heat oil; saute garlic 1 minute.
Stir in vinegar, mustard, sugar, and pepper sauce.
Remove from heat.
Toss with beans to coat.
