For perfect cooked corn on the cob,
try and get the freshest corn you can.
It's so good when freshly picked and
cooked with some sweet cream butter.
Ingredients:
4 ears Fresh corn
Water for boiling
Butter
Salt
Directions:
Husk corn, being sure to remove all strands.
Bring to boil an ample amount of water in pot.
Add corn, turn down to medium and make sure
cover allows venting to prevent boil over.
Boil for approximately 5-6 minutes.
Take out of the water and serve hot.
With butter and salt to taste.
