Raspberry Amaretto Sauce

A recipe to make a wonderful sauce
that goes well with grilled meats.
Especially good with chicken wings.
Fresh raspberries are turned into
a bright red sauce with a kick from
the amaretto and also cayenne pepper.

Ingredients:
4 cups fresh red raspberries
2 tablespoon amaretto liquer
2 tablespoons corn starch
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup white sugar
dash of cayenne pepper
dash of salt

Directions:
Wash and rinse raspberries.
Place in a bowl and add sugar,
flour and cornstarch, mix well.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place raspberry mixture in a
glass baking dish and bake
for about 45 minutes.
Remove from oven into a strainer.
With a wooden spoon stir to stain
sauce away from seeds.
Add amaretto and cayenne to sauce.
