Red Snapper with a
Baked Mustard Sauce

This is an easy recipe and fast cooking.
You make a mustard sauce to top the fish
throw it in the oven and in about
ten minutes of baking time it's done.

Ingredients:
2 snapper fillets
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
1 tablespoon capers, drained
2 tablespoons shallots, chopped
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for garnish

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Place snapper in a baking dish.
Salt and pepper the fish.
In a bowl combine mayonnaise,
mustards, shallots and capers.
Spread the mixture over top of fish.
Bake uncovered for about ten minutes.
Remove and garnish with lemon wedges.
