This is the easiest dough to make.
You can use this to press in by hand
into a tart or pie pan for filling.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoonsalt
8 tablespoons chilled butter, cubed
1 to 2 tablespoons ice water
Directions:
Place flour in food processor.
Add sugar,salt, butter and
one tablespoon cold water.
Pulse to combine into a dough
that you can press into tart pan.
