Rosemary Chicken

After first tasting this chicken dish,
I started using more fresh herbs.
I can't describe how good this is
only that you must try this recipe.

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
2 tbsp. melted butter
Fresh rosemary
Sea salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Directions:
Mix butter, fresh herbs, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Rub mix over the entire chicken.
If you can separate the skin and rub some mix
under the skin then this is even tastier!
Add a sprig of the herbs inside the chicken cavity.
Place chicken on a rack in a roasting pan
and cook at 325 for 1 hour
or until meat thermometer reads 150 degrees F.
