Tomato Vegetable Soup

This soup is easy to make and tastes great.
Using a spice bag makes it easier to remove
them after cooking the flavors into the soup.

Ingredients:
1 onion, diced
2 cloves of chopped garlic
Thyme, sage, and rosemary sprigs tied in a bundle
15 tomatoes peeled and chopped
1 ounce tomato paste
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1 spice bag filled with,
mustard seeds, cinnamon, and fennel seeds
1 1/2 quarts organic vegetable stock

Directions:
In a large pot place a little olive oil or butter,
saute onions and garlic with herbs and spice bag
until translucent. Add carrots and celery
and saute briefly. Now, add tomatoes and
tomato paste and vegetable stock.
Bring to boil then turn heat down
and simmer for 30 minutes.
Season with a pinch of salt.
