These are easy to make pickles that are
much better than any store bought pickles.
No preservatives or nasty chemicals here.
I like them a little on the sour side,
add more sugar if you like them sweater.
Ingredients:
6 cups sliced, unpeeled cucumbers
1 cup onion, sliced very fine
1 red or green bell pepper, sliced
1 tablespoon salt
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup sugar or to taste
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together well.
Place in glass jars and seal.
Refrigerate for 2 or 3 days before serving.
These keep a long time in the refrigerator.
