Veal Marsala

This is a recipe to make one of the best
veal marsala's I've ever tried to make.
I always like this made with cremini's.

Ingredients:
2 eggs and a splash of cold water
1/3 pound (per person) veal cutlet thinly sliced
1/2 cup flour
salt and pepper
1/2 cup marsala wine
1 cup beef consomme
1 tablespoon un-salted butter
cremini mushrooms

Directions:
Soak veal in egg mixture to tenderize.
Take meat from egg and coat in flour mixture.
Work mixture into meat with hands on a board.
Heat pan with un-salted butter.
Lay meat in one layer and brown slowly.
Once browned, fry with marsala and beef stock.
Add mushrooms and simmer covered for 15 minutes.
