This is just the thing for a light
meal on a hot August summer day.
It's warm and sweet and tasty good.
You can use any fresh fruit you have.
Ingredients:
1 slice of banana bread, cut up
1 apple, peeled and sliced
1 plum, sliced
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1/2 cup milk
Directions:
Place cut up banana bread in a cereal bowl.
Top with slices of apple and plum.
Sprinkle with sugar and drizzle
with maple syrup.
Place in microwave, un-covered and
heat on high setting 4 minutes.
Remove and pour on milk.
Serve warm.
