The Best Steak Hero

Grinder, sub-sandwich or Po'Boy
starts with a great thinly sliced
flank steak or a London broil cut.
Cold from the freezer for a few
minutes to slice it really thin,
and marinated in a sweet and sour
sauce to die for, this is so good!

Ingredients:
1 London broil Flank steak
2 yellow onions, peeled and sliced thinly
2 tablespoons Worshestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon prepared brown mustard
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/2 teaspoon ground blak pepper
Grinder, Sub or Hero rolls
Slices of American cheese

Directions:
Place meat in the freezer for enough
time to make it easy to slice really thin.
Slice thin strips and place them in a
plastic bag along with all other
marinating ingredients.
Let sit overnight.
Remove meat from marinade, dicard marinade.
Pat meat dry and grill or pan fry until done.
Add onions to pan and cook until tender.
Serve on soft hero or grinder rolls,
topped with American cheese if desired
