Broccoli Casserole

Broccoli and cheese in a creamy sauce
that you can make in no time at all.

Ingredients:
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 small boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup cooked minute or brown rice
1 onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Saute onions in butter.
Cook broccoli as package directs, drain.
Cook rice, combine all ingredients;
pour into 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes.
