Carrot Cookies

These is a simple recipe for making
oatmeal cookies with the added taste
and texture of shredded fresh carrots.

Ingredients:
1 Cup Dry Oatmeal
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup shredded Carrots
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Sugar
2 Teaspoon Vegetable Oil
1/4 Cup Molasses

Directions:
Mix ingredients in bowl as listed.
Make little walnut size balls and
place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degreef F.
for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
