Egg White Omelet
with Fresh Tomatoes

This is a simple egg white omelet
served with a few diced up fresh
from the garden ripe tomatoes.
It doesn't get much easier than this.

Ingredients:
6 large egg whites
4 dashes pepper
1 tsp hot sauce
2 medium whole tomatoes

Directions:
Fry 6 egg whites in a
teflon pan with no oil.
While the eggs are cooking
dice 2 good size tomatoes.
Plate the egg white omelete
when its is done and toss
the tomatoes on top.
Season with hot sauce
and pepper to taste.
