Frozen grapes are suprisingly cool and refreshing.
Firm and crisp on the outside, and a core that
has a texture similar to sorbet. And there are
plenty of differant varieties to choose from.
Ingredients:
2 pounds fresh grapes
Directions:
It really doesn't matter if you
leave the grapes on the vine
or pluck them from their stems.
Simply rinse them and dry thouroughly.
Spread them in a single layer onto a
cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place them into the freezer.
Allow them to freeze for an hour or two.
Place them into freezer bags for staorage.
