Garden Fresh
Vegetable Soup

This is so easy to make and the flavor
of this soup is out of this world good.
You simply can't go wrong using fresh
from the garden ripened vegetables.
In this recipe you simply draw the
water from within the vegetables,
add some chicken broth and seasonings.

Ingredients:
1 zucchini
1 yellow squash
2 fresh red tomatoes
8 yellow cherry tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
4 fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/2 teaspoon pepper or to taste
basil leaves for garnish

Directions:
Slice zucchini and yellow squash,
season and place in a glass bowl.
Halve to tomatoes and add to bowl.
Add sugar, basil, salt and pepper.
Cover and microwave 10 minutes.
Let cool and mash over a bowl
through a strainer to seperate
soup from vegetables.
Add chicken broth,
adjust seasonings and re-heat to serve.
Garnish with fesh basil leaves
