This is a simple grilled
portobella mushroom recipe with
provelone and American cheese.
Ingredients:
1 large portobello
2 garlic cloves
2 tsp Olive oil
1 1/2 Table spoon of honey mustard
one slice smoked provolone
American cheese
baby romane lettuce
onion and bread of choice
Directions:
In a bowl combine 1 tsp of olive oil
and 1 tablespoon honey mustard
and one garlic clove sliced.
Pour over portobello, cover and chill
for 30 minutes. Pre heat skillet with
1 Tsp olive oil and sliced garlic then
cook Portobello gill side down for 3
minutes then flip place cheese on gill side
cook 2 more minutes then place on bread
baby romane, onion and 1/2 tablespoon
honey mustard and portobello.
