Honey Cookies

Honey cookies taste just like it says,
sweet honey in a sugar cookie is great!

Ingredients:
1 cup honey
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
salt to taste
flour

Directions:
In a mixing bowl cream sugar and butter.
Add one cup honey, two eggs, one teaspoon soda,
a pinch of salt, and mix well.
Add enough flour to make a stiff dough.
Roll to one-quarter to one-half inch thick.
Cut into shapes and bake in hot oven
(400 degrees F) about ten minutes
or until golden brown.
