Honey Joys Chinese Honey Cups

This is a traditional corn flake,
honey treat on Chinese new year.
Easy to make using a microwave oven.
This is a good recipe for the kids to do.

Ingredients:
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/3 cup white sugar
2 tablespoon clover honey
4 cups corn flakes

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Crush the cornflakes if desired,
I like them whole, and set aside.
Put the butter and honey into a bowl
and heat in microwave to melt.
Stir to mix the honey and butter well.
When the two are mixed add sugar
cornflakes and stir to combine.
Spoon the mixture into mini paper muffin
cups in a muffin tin for stability,
place in oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Remove and let cool before serving.
