Italian Style Meatballs

There's nothing better in the world than
a big bowl of spaghetti and meatballs.
This is my recipe for making real Italian
style meatballs, I got it from my Nonna!

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/4 c. breadcrumbs
1/2 c. parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt or to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
Tomato/Pasta sauce

Directions:
In a large-sized bowl,
add ground beef, parsley,
minced garlic, chopped onion.
Mix all together with hands.
Add salt, pepper, parmesan cheese,
and milk to the beaten egg mixture,
then pour into meat and mix well with hands.
Ina large soup pot heat tomato sauce.
In a large saute pan, heat oil,
form meatballs and add to the heated oil.
Cook until browned but only half-way through.
Then add to simmering tomato sauce.
Allow to finish cooking in the sauce.
About 40 minutes or until cooked through.
