Lemon Pepper
Butter Baked Zucchini

With Grated Parmesan cheese!
This is a blue ribbon winner.
Easy and quick to prepare and
tastes like a five star dish.

Ingredients:
1 zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch slices
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
salt to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place zucchini slices on a
baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
Season with lemon pepper.
Bake in preheated oven for
15 minutes, sprinkle parmesan cheese
on top and return to cook until tender,
and the cheese melts and browns a little.
Season with salt if desired.
