Polish Babka
Bread Pudding

So light and warm right from the oven.
This bread pudding is so easy to make.
You not only whip up the eggs along
with the milk you also make bread crumbs
out of the Polish Babka for the
lightest bread pudding imaginable.

Ingredients:
2 cups Polish Babka with raisins,
made into bread crumbs.
2 large eggs,
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butterscotch baking chips
1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar
Butter for greasing baking dish

Directions:
Butter a baking dish, set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl whisk the eggs,
milk and vanilla until frothy.
In a seperate bowl combine the
Polish Babka bread crumbs, flour,
salt, sugar and baking powder.
Pour the egg/milk mixture into
the bread crumb mixture and
stir to combine very well.
Pour into prepared baking dish,
sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and
top with butterscotch baking chips.
Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
Serve warm from the oven.
