Salmon Chowder

Using canned salmon, corn and potatoes
this is a quick and good for you soup.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup onions, diced
1/2 cup carrots, sliced
1/2 cup celery, diced
2 cups canned potatoes, drained
1 (10 oz.) package frozen corn,
or 8 oz. can corn, drained
4 cups chicken broth
1/2 (14 oz.) can salmon, drained,
flaked, skin and bones removed

Directions:
Spray large saucepan with nonstick
cooking spray; add onions,
carrots and celery and cook
over medium heat for 3 to
4 minutes or until tender.
Add corn and chicken broth; heat
to boiling. Reduce heat;
simmer for 10 minutes. Add salmon
and canned potatoes; cook for 5 minutes.
