Another easy to make and hearty soup.
Made using canned beans and corn.
Ingredients:
2 (15 oz.) cans chicken or vegetable broth
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 cup prepared chunky salsa
1 cup canned corn kernels
1 cup green or red pepper, diced, optional
1 cup cabbage, sliced
1/2 cup macaroni, uncooked
Ingredients:
Combine all ingredients in a large pan.
Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer
and cook until macaroni is tender.
Stir occasionally to prevent macaroni
from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
