Sweet and Sour
Creamy Dressing

This is my simple recipe for a really
good tasting and balanced white sauce,
I use this as an all around dressing
to kick up all kinds of good salads and
crunchy fresh vegetable dishes.
It makes anything taste better.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon cold water
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon white sugar
dash of black pepper

Directions:
In a glass dish heat water in
microwave oven to almost boiling,
add sugar and stir to make a simple syrup.
Refrigerate to cool at least ten minutes.
Combine sour cream, milk, vinegar
pepper and simple ayrup in a bowl,
cover and refrigerate.
Use as a white barbecue sauce, salad dressing,
or a fresh garden vegetable marinade.
