Ingredients:
yellow tomatoes
Sliced yellow bell peppers
Sliced sweet white onions
Dressing:
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Directions:
Place sliced vegetables in a bowl.
Blend dressing ingredients well
and drizzle over sliced vegetables.
Season with salt and black pepper.
