You might laugh and be surprised
but this stuff is fantastic tasting.
Years ago the old timers would
have this for breakfast!
Ingredients:
1/2 pound smoked bacon
1/2 loaf plain white bread
Directions:
Place bacon in a skillet and
cook to render out the bacon fat.
Place drippings in a glass container,
cover and refrigerate until set.
Overnight is fine.
Remove and spread some of the
good tasting white fat
on a slice of white bread.
