Beer Bread

With only three ingredients this is
a snap to throw together in minutes.
The beer has active yeast in it,
so there's no need to add yeast.
The alcohol cooks off while the
bread is baking so it's safe to eat.

Ingredients:
3 cups self rising flour
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
12 ounces of lite beer

Directions:
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix all of the ingredients together.
Put the dough in a lightly greased loaf pan.
Bake for one hour. During the last ten minutes
brush the top of the loaf with melted butter.
Slice and serve warm or cold.
