Best Tasting Meatloaf

One of the best tasting ever and
a favorite meat loaf of mine
includes beef, veal, pork and bacon.

1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground veal
1 pound ground pork
1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
3 tablespoons minced parsley
2 eggs, whisked
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
1 teaspoons salt or to taste
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
6 ounces V-8 juice
sweet smoked paprika
3 strips bacon

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients except
paprika and bacon in large bowl.
Mix well.
Place meatloaf in ungreased
9- by 5-inch loaf pan, pressing down
so that there are no air pockets.
Sprinkle top with smoked paprika.
Place bacon on top. Bake 1 1/2 hours.
