These are simple to make and delicious.
I like these with some tomato ketchup.
They are brown on the outside and have
that tasty hot dog flavor on the inside.
The kids love to eat these up at lunch.
Ingredients:
2 skinless hot dogs
2 tablespoons butter
water
Directions:
Rinse hot dogs in cold water.
Heat some water to a boil
in a large saute pan.
Place hot dogs in and simmer
for 3 minutes or so.
Remove hot dogs to cool some.
Remove water from pan.
Cut hot dogs in 1/2" discs.
Add butter to pan along with
the hot dog discs.
Saute and shake pan or turn
the discs until both sides
are fried a dark brown color.
Remove discs and serve with
some tomato ketchup on the side.
Add butter
