Ingredients:
6 yukon gold potatoes, peeled and quartered
3/4 cup butter milk
4 tablespoons unsated butter
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
In a pot add potatoes, cover with cold water.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for
about twenty minutes or until fork tender.
Drain and leave potatoes in pot.
Add butter to melt and season
with salt and pepper to taste.
Mash with a potato masher or
put through a food mill.
Adjust seasonings to taste.
