Ginger butter is easy to make
and is great served with shrimp,
crab and clams on the half shell.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter
4 teaspoons peeled and grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon grated lime zest
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
Directions:
To make ginger butter, in a small saucepan,
melt butter over medium heat.
Add ginger and lime zest and juice,
stir well, and remove from heat.
Let stand at least 30 minutes before serving.
