Portobella Melt

I make these on the grill and
also pop them in the microwave.
Everybody loves to eat them.
Creamy chese melted into the
earthy flavor of the mushroom.

Ingredients:
For each mushroom:
Cooking spray
1 portobello mushroom cap
1 slice part skim mozzarella cheese
2 slices whole grain bread, toasted
1 teaspoon marinara sauce
4-5 fresh basil leaves

Directions:
Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat
and mist with cooking spray.
Grill portobello cap 6-8 minutes,
turning once.
Once mushroom is cooked top
with cheese and microwave
for 30 – 45 seconds until
cheese is melted.
Between 2 slices of toast
layer marinara sauce,
basil, and portobello cap.
