Maple Donut Glaze

This glaze does that perfect,
fresh-doughnut thing where it
crackles and kind of flakes
off when you bite into it.

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup water

Put the powdered sugar in a
medium-sized bowl.
Add the maple syrup.
Add the water.
Whisk together until you
have a uniform paste.
Use to dip donuts in.
