This is a good simple sauce to
serve on top of rib-eye steaks.
Ingredients:
8 ounces cremini mushrooms
1 1/2 cups beef broth
Olive oil
2 tbsp flour
3 tbsp cold water
2 tbsp Smart Balance (not butter)
Directions:
Chop mushrooms very finely,
saute in olive oil and smart balance.
At the same time whisk flour
and water together until smooth.
Add slowly to mushroom mix.
Pour in beef broth, heat until thickened,
stirring frequently.
Serve over steak of your choice.
