A peanut sauce recipe is good to have
in ones collection of recipes and can
be used in place of tahini sauce.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
2 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon brown sugar
juice from half a lemon
Directions:
In a non-stick pan, combine ingredients,
stirring constantly over medium heat
until peanut butter has melted.
(can also microwave about 30 seconds).
Serve over noodles and vegetables,
or as a sauce for chicken or beef.
