Spot Prawns Boil

This is very messy but also very good,
use your fingers and have fun.
The roe clusters attached
to the Prawns are tasty and delicious.

Ingredients:
6 lbs Spot Prawns
1 gallon water
6 ounces Old Bay Seasoning crab boil
1/4 cup salt or to taste
1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
2 1/2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
2 lbs small red potatoes
6 small onions, peeled
6 ears of corn1, halved
1 bell pepper, coarsely chopped
1 stalk celery, coarsely chopped
4 heads of garlic, halved
3 large lemons, quartered

Directions:
In very large pot over high heat
bring water, crab boil, salt, hot sauce,
and cayenne pepper to a boil.
Add potatoes, onions, corn,
bell pepper, celery, and garlic.
Reduce heat to simmer; cover and cook
until vegetables are barely tender.
Squeeze lemons over pot,
add lemons and Spot Prawns,
and stir to combine.
Cover and return mixture to the boil.
Reduce heat and cook until shells
turn bright red, about 3 minutes.
Turn off heat.
You can let this set for up to
30 minutes or serve right away.
Drain off liquid.
Sprinkle with Olive Oil
and Old Bay Seasoning.
Mix gently by hand.
Serve immediately.
