Tomato Mayonnaise

You can't beat the taste from
a garden fresh red-ripe tomato.
This is so easy and so good tasting,
I use this on a mesclun greens salad.

2 ripe tomatoes
1/2 cup Real mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste

Cut stem from tomatoes and chop
into pieces to fit in a food processor.
Place in processor and pulse to break
up and release juice from tomatoes.
Pour tomato juice through a strainer
into a mixing bowl and add mayonnaise,
sugar and salt. Mix to combine.
Use as you wish or refrigerate.
