I had some fresh raspberry sauce
and made some really good tasting
fruit filled cookie swirls.
Using refrigerator dough makes
this a super easy recipe to do.
Ingredients:
1 can refrigerator crescent rolls
2 heaping tablespoons corn starch
2 heaping tablespoons brown sugar
raspberry sauce
cinnamon sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a bowl combine
corn starch and brown sugar.
Drizzle in enough raspberry
sauce to make a thick paste.
I used abe 2 teaspoons of it.
Open can and roll out crescent
dough onto a baking sheet
lined with parchment paper.
Pinch the perfeations together to seal.
Pour raspberry sauce in the center,
spread around with the back of a spoon.
Sprinkle suace with cinnamon sugar.
Using your hands roll up
the dough into a long log.
Make sure seam side is down and bake,
about 15 mintes until golden brown.
Remove and when cool enogh to handle,
cut into 1/4 inch cookie swirls.
