In this recipe I used a Boboli pizza crust.
That was a mistake, homemade is much better.
We ended up just eating the toppings off of it.
Topped with cooked sweet Italian sausage
and some Velveeta brand cheese product.
It's easy to make and tastes like a
sausage and cheddar cheese grinder.
Ingredients:
1 Boboli pizza crust
3 Italian sausages, cooked
48 small cubes of Velveeta
2 garden fresh plum tomatoes
14 slices pepperoni
dried oregano
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Cut up sausages and
chop in a food processor.
Arrange tomato slices so that
each pizza slice gets one on it.
Arrange sausage on top of crust,
dot with pieces of Velveeta.
Season with oreano to taste.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until
cheese is melted and slighty browned.
