Cooked Pasta with
Shrimp Cocktail Sauce

This dish is best served ice cold.
Good on a hot summer day or for
a new Years Eve celebration.
You can use any pasta shape you
desire to with very good results.

Ingredients:
1/2 pound cooked pasta
frozen shrimp, thawed and cooked
3/4 cup ketchup
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon horseradish

Directions:
Prepare pasta according to package directions;
rinse in cold water and drain well.
In a small bowl, blend together all
the dressing ingredients and mix well.
Add the cooked shrimp in any size you like.
Fold the dressing gently into the pasta
and toss until well coated.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
