Deep Fried Peanut Butter

This is a great taste treat,
good to make this time of year
when everyone is trying all of
the deep fried State fair foods.

Ingredients:
2 cups chunky peanut butter
1/4 cup flour
1 cup Bisquick mix
1/4 cup milk, about
canola oil for frying
confectioners sugar

Directins:
Using a small ice cream scoop,
make peanut butter balls.
Roll in flour, place on a
plate and put in freezer
for about 30 minutes to harden.
Preheat oil for deep frying.
In a bowl combine Bisquick mix
and milk to make a batter.
Remove balls from freezer and dip in batter,
then in deep fryer until golden brown.
Let drain on paper towels, dust with sugar.
