Mashed Russet Potatoes

Some people think making mashed potatoes
is too much like work to make them.
Nonsense!
It only takes about a half an hour
and you can have the creamiest and
tastiest mashed potatoes you've ever had.

Ingredients:
6 russet potatoes
water to cover them
salt to taste
pepper to taste
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup milk or cream

Directions:
Peel potatoes and cut into pieces
place in a pot and cover with cold water.
Bring to a boil and then simmer for
about 20 minutes until fork tender.
Drain and mash or put through a potato ricer.
Season with salt and pepper.
And butter and milk or cream.
Stir well and serve.
