Good tasting soup is easy to prepare
using a base of three vegetables,
sliced onions, carrots and celery.
Saute them in a little olive oil
along with some cloves of garlic,
then add some chicken broth, tomatoes
beans, rice or pasta to the soup pot.
Basically anything you need to use
up out of the refrigerator works.
Season with herbs and spices to taste.
Add some cooked ham, chicken or beef and
in no time you have a soup of the day.
