Made with garden grown acorn squash
this is an easy to make side dish.
With subtle squash flavor just a
touch of sweetness from brown sugar.
Ingredients:
2 acorn squash
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons butter
Directions:
Cut squash in half legthwise.
Remove seeds and place in
a baking dish cut side up.
Place 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
and place 1/2 teaspoon butter
into the cavity of each half
Bake for 1 hour or until done.
